Procrastination: process that creates happiness now but stress later; something I am very good at; one who learns to live without this is missing out on problems you can blame yourself for; etc.

Well, procrastination has now cost me today's afternoon. I have procrastinated, and therefore have not yet finished my lab report, and it is due tomorrow. Uh-oh spaghettios.
